Sooji Bread


Ingredients

Sooji-1cup, curd-1/2cup, water-1cup, tomato-1, green chilli chopped-1table spoon, salt-1/2tea spoon, eno-1/2 tea spoon, chilli flakes and oil 1spoon.

Preparation: 

Mix sooji,curd, and water in a mixer grinder.  Remove the batter into a bowl. Add chopped chilly, chopped tomato without seed and salt. Mix well. Add salt and eno. Mix the batter well. Take a greased bread mold and pour batter into it. Sprinkle chilli flakes and steam it for 15 minutes. Let it cool.  Demold the bread and slice it.  Toast the slices with butter and cheese. Bread is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney.    For green chutney:  One bunch Coriander leaves ,3green chilly,3 table spoon curd, small piece ginger and salt. Mix all ingredients in a mixer grinder. Chutney is ready to serve.
