(for 2 persons)
Ingredients.
• 2 tea spoon ragi flour. (preferably flour made from sprouted ragi, it is tastier).
• 2 cups water
• One piece of carrot.
• One piece of potato.
• 2 tender beans
• Salt
• Butter
• Pepper powder.
Preparation
Clean and finely cut the vegetables and Fry in a thick bottom vessel with little butter or ghee and keep aside. Then mix the ragi powder with water and heat it and stir continuously. On boiling remove from stove, add the vegetables. Serve in soup bowls and add butter and pepper and drink it as hot.
